RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery; or store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items aren’t eligible for refunds. After we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. For damaged items, please see Warranty.
Final Sale, No Refunds:
Personalized pieces that are cut to order. This includes any initial, name, date, or year product.
Sale/Clearance items that show ‘compare at’ prices, and can be found on the SALE page.
Discounts that show “final sale" at the time of purchase. This includes all discounts 30%+, student discounts, and BOGO offers.
Final sale purchases show "final sale" during checkout. If you have questions, please contact customer service for details.
Unapproved returns (including used products) will be rejected and shipped back to the customer when possible. We’re not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
US ReturnsReturn Portal
All international returns are manually approved and processed. Our software can’t make international return shipments, so you must use your own label through your preferred courier. Please contact customer service for approval and instructions.
