Orders are packed and shipped Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm ET. Orders placed after 12 pm EST may be processed the next business day. Shipping timelines are measured in weekdays and don’t include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Due to COVID restrictions, it may take longer than usual to ship and deliver your package. We appreciate your patience as we work to have your order delivered quickly.
Personalized Items: All name, year, and initial items are made-to-order and take a minimum of 3-4 weeks or 6-8 weeks for production before shipping (see product page for specific timeline). We can’t accept rush orders.
International Shipments: Deliveries outside the US may charge tariffs or duties. Please pay the courier directly. Check your calls and spam emails for customs notices. We don’t refund COD.
Standard shipments may be delayed through customs. The link will update after 1-2 weeks. If you need a package delivered quickly, please use UPS Priority or DHL Express. You can use a Universal Parcel Tracker to find your local tracking number and courier.
Lost Packages: Once your order is packed, we give it to the courier for safe delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery, please contact the courier first to file a lost shipment claim through either UPS Claims, a USPS Mail Search, or your local international courier.
