Shipping Policy
Orders are packed and shipped Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12 pm EST may be processed the next business day. Shipping timelines are measured in weekdays and don’t include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
COVID-19 NOTICE
Due to COVID restrictions, it may take longer than usual to ship and deliver your package. We appreciate your patience as we work to have your order delivered quickly.
PACKAGING
To keep shipping costs affordable, we only use 1-2 boxes/pouches per shipment (not per item). If you need more than 1 storage box or pouch in your shipment, you must use the Additional Packaging item to add the desired amount of boxes and pouches to your cart. If you don’t want to pay for extra boxes, please visit one of our stores and we’ll be happy to provide them for no charge.

Lost Package - US Domestic
Once your order is packed, we give it to the courier for safe delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery, please contact the courier first to file a lost shipment claim through either UPS Claims or USPS Mail Search.
We are not responsible for lost US domestic packages but will do our best to help. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. If the package was marked delivered, the claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
If you need help with your claim, please contact customer service with your order number, tracking number, and a new shipping address where we may send a replacement once approved. We do not refund lost packages.
International Shipments

What countries do you ship to?
We ship both domestically (all 50 US states, plus 16 territories) and internationally. Due to US trade laws, we cannot ship to Cuba or Russia at this time.
International shipments are managed through Global-e, a trusted global e-commerce partner that ensures the best possible international shopping experience. Once you select your country from the drop-down menu on the top-right corner of our website, all prices will be adjusted to reflect your local currency. For most countries, duties will be included in the item price or as a separate line item during checkout, depending on your local import laws.
International Shipping Options
We have 1 or 2 different shipping options available for customers outside the US. The costs and delivery times will vary depending on the delivery country and package weight. The prices listed below are estimates based on the average (avg) cost; larger orders may have higher shipping fees.
All express shipments will arrive 4-5 business days after shipping.

Duties/VAT/Taxes
Orders placed before Feb 25, 2023: Duties must be paid upon delivery. The courier will contact you directly when customs clearance is ready. Please be sure to check your spam emails, missed calls, and tracking. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender or lost in transit due to unpaid duties.
Starting Feb 25, 2023: International shipments are managed through Global-e, a trusted global e-commerce partner that manages pre-paid duties for faster shipping speeds. For most countries, duties will be included in the item price or as a separate line item during checkout, depending on your local import laws. If your country requires duties to be paid on delivery, they will be charged once the package arrives at customs.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. If you have questions about your duties fees, please check your local tariff and import laws before submitting a request.
The tariff codes for all items are:
- Fashion - 7113.11
- Fine/14K - 7113.19
Lost Package - International
Once your order is packed, we give it to the courier for safe delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please let us know and we will contact the courier to help resolve the issue. Orders placed after Feb 25, 2023 are protected from loss by our international shipping partner.
If you need help with a lost shipment claim, please contact customer service with your order number, tracking number, and a new shipping address where we may send a replacement once approved. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. If the package was marked delivered, the claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations & Changes
We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer support immediately. Personalized, Engraved, and Cut To Order items cannot be canceled, no exceptions.
We cannot add items to existing orders. Once your tracking link is generated, the order has been shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.
You can request a cancellation of a pre-order (order number PD######) using our Pre-Order Lookup.
Fulfillment Delays
If your order is fulfilled from an alternate warehouse, please add 3-5 business days to the shipping timeline before the tracking is created and scanned. We do our best to notify customers in advance when this occurs. Personalized items within the normal production timeline are not considered delayed.
Personalized Items
All name, year, initial, and engraved items are made-to-order and take a minimum of 2-3 weeks or 6-8 weeks for production before shipping (see product page for specific timeline). We can’t accept rush orders or cancellations. These items are final sale, no returns/refunds.
Returns & Damages
Please see our Return Policy and Warranty Policy for full details. Final sale orders cannot be refunded. Return shipping labels will be emailed as a PDF, JPG, or PNG; the customer must print their own label.
US Domestic returns and damages will be issued a free return shipping label.
International returns will receive a pre-paid label and the label cost (est $15 USD) will be deducted from your refund when the return is delivered to us. Approved damages will have the fee waived.
Why was I charged multiple times for shipping?
Shipping is charged based on the number of fulfillments/packages for your order. If the order is being shipped at separate times or from different locations, you will pay for shipping based on the expected number of packages our warehouse needs to process and ship.
Our shipping department may decide to combine, split, or upgrade order shipments to the same address based on costs, location, and availability. We cannot accommodate requests to change, split, or combine shipments. Shipping fees paid at checkout are final and there will be no additional charges from Adina Eden after checkout.
Missing/Incorrect Items
Our quality assurance team weighs each package, so this type of issue is very rare. Please be sure to check through all the packaging, including under the insert in the box. If an item was unavailable during packing, we will notify you ASAP and offer reimbursement.
All missing/wrong item claims must be reported within 1 week of delivery, no exceptions. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement. We do not refund missing item claims.
Wrong Item Sent
Before filing a Wrong Item Claim, please double-check if the product you received matches the product name, variant, and SKU written in your confirmation email. A claim is only accepted if we shipped an item that does not match your order confirmation. If you ordered an incorrect item, please see the Return Policy.
To file a Wrong Item claim, please contact customer service with photos of
- outer packaging
- receipt/invoice/packing slip
- products delivered
- Product baggie label with product ID/SKU
- boxes, bags, and pouches included
Our customer service team will follow up with quality assurance to confirm if the item was labeled incorrectly at the workshop or packaged incorrectly at the warehouse and will advise if the extra/incorrect item needs to be returned.
Missing Item
A missing item claim indicates that your shipment arrived fully sealed but there was an item on the packing slip that was not included in the package.
If the missing item is not listed on your packing slip, it is likely in a separate shipment. If your shipment arrived damaged, ripped, torn, or unsealed, please file a Lost Package claim instead.

Third-Party Purchases
Third-party purchases are not covered by our company - please contact the retailer directly for their policies. Our service team cannot access or adjust these orders. Third-party retailers include: Gap, Macy’s, Nordstrom, FabFitFun, Snappy, Mirakl, Revolve, Hudson Bay, ShopBop, Verishop, Miami Sample Sale, 260 Sample Sale, etc.
