Beautifully designed but poor quality

I purchased two items form Adina. Earnings from the DUMbO store and the illusion ring to match the earrings. I wrote the ring only twice and I noticed two missing rocks. I am so disappointed because was very excited about the set and the elegant design. Unless, I get a replacement ring I don’t think I will ever buy from Adina’s.
