The piece itself is MUCH smaller than I anticipated. It's more of a delicate necklace that looks best layered. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the company's customer service department after my order did not arrive for over three weeks. Not only were they unhelpful, even at a supervisory level, they were downright rude. Make note to read the agreement regarding shipping very carefully- Adina is NOT responsible nor will they even help if a package is not delivered unless you buy additional insurance. Given the profit on this costume jewelry that is made in China, that's just bad biz. And yes, I did try and contact one of the owners, Mayer Kamkhatchi, directly. Even dm'ed his personal IG acct. I wanted to give he and his sister every opportunity to address this experience. Sadly, I didn't hear back from anyone. As they say, it starts at the top. With so many fab costume, semi-precious and fine jewelers in the market these days, save yourself the grief of Adina.
