Horrible Customer Service

I ordered the CZ Solitarie Stud X Huggie Chain earrings that were back ordered i received the CZ Double Huggie earrings that were lower cost earrings with no explanation - I reached out to customer service and they stated I can return for in store credit! I have to return an order what they had sent incorrectly for in store credit! What?!? I have went back and forth with continuous follow up because they are horrible at retuning emails and no one answers the customer service phone number provided. Would NEVER purchase from them again and will not recommend to ANYONE based on the run around and horrible customer service received.
