Disappointed with durability

First let me start by saying this bracelet is beautiful! Shipping does take some time but it’s customizable, so that’s expected. What was unexpected is how fragile the bracelet is. Within a week of wearing, the bracelet popped off , luckily I found it quickly. I informed Adina and they replaced my bracelet, but I had to wait again several weeks. I received the 2nd bracelet and within a week it had popped again, this was after me taking special care on where and how often I wore the bracelet. I’m feeling like I completely wasted my money, which is disappointing because the bracelet is beautiful in person.
