Disappointed With Craftsmanship - Diamonds Do Not Sit Correctly

I purchased this necklace because I love the simplicity and elegance of the “diamond by the yard” design and thought it would make a beautiful everyday piece. I also chose to buy from this brand because I previously purchased a pair of earrings that I was very happy with, so I trusted the quality of their jewelry.

Unfortunately, the necklace I received does not seem to reflect the level of craftsmanship I expected for the price.

The biggest issue is that the diamonds do not consistently face forward. When wearing the necklace, some diamonds face outward while others flip backward, making parts of the necklace appear dull or invisible. Because of the way the stones are set, there is no way to adjust them so they all sit properly. As a result, the necklace looks uneven when worn and gives the impression that it may not have been constructed well.

Additionally, the diamonds themselves have very little sparkle, which was surprising given the price and description of the piece.

I understand this item was purchased as a final sale, but I wanted to share my experience since I previously had such a positive experience with this brand and expected a similar level of quality. I really do love the design of this necklace, which makes the quality issues especially disappointing.
