Herringbone chain

I was asked to review a chain purchased via TSC, on August 5th or thereabouts, and I would love to as I already did the bracelet I bought on same order. Only problem is the chain has not arrived by courrier so I cannot review a product I have NOT received and when I try tracking get no results.

Arrived warped and unresponsive customer service

I purchased this necklace, and when it arrived, out of the box it was noticeably warped in two very visible places, affecting the appearance of the piece.

I reached out to customer service about three weeks ago asking for a replacement or refund and haven’t heard back at all from anyone since.

Very disappointing. I feel ripped off and would have been happy to extend goodwill and the benefit of the doubt to the brand but radio silence after three weeks has unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend this brand to a friend as a result of this experience.
