Disappointed with customer service

Bought two customized anklets and thought the quality would be a lot better than what it actually is. The font is really nice, but the quality of the anklet is cheap. The anklet clasp has an issue with opening and closing entirely. I contacted customer service twice from the moment I received my order and a week later and nothing.
