I purchased this anklet for my wife as a supplement to the ankle bracelets she currently owns. We wanted something that she could wear on the beach and not be afraid for it to come off and get lost. Her other anklets are solid gold with real diamonds and would be quite costly if needing to be replaced with current market pricing. I wanted a herringbone for her since it will lay flat on her foot.
