This necklace was gifted to my sister for Hanukkah and I was LOST the same day. I have bought items from here for years and typically have been happy and a repeat buyer: however, regretful after this season I will never buy from here again unless they remedy their manufacture issues and address my lost items. I have burned $700+ on items that were damaged and LOST. Unacceptable and customer service is not acceptable
