I ordered two products two weeks before Christmas for Christmas delivery. No despatch notification, or anything. No response to communications with an OOO saying it takes a week to respond. After nothing for two weeks, I reported as fraud to my card company who refunded in full.

I then got an email saying it had been despatched, nothing arrived. I then get an email asking for a review saying it was delivered 30 days ago!

This company is fraudulent and I would save your money, time and effort and avoid.
