I sent this item as a gift. Recipient never received it. Adina Eden customer service is requiring me to file a claim with USPS. Worst policy of any e commerce site I’ve ever ordered from. The responsibility should be on the shipper not the recipient to ensure that orders are received or customer is refunded. I have now spent money on an item that never arrived. Will not shop on this website ever again.
