I placed an order with this company on July 6th and received an email saying it had shipped—but according to USPS, they never actually received the package. After waiting nearly 3 weeks with no delivery and no update, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I tried calling Adian Eden's customer support multiple times and never once got an answer—no response by phone or any meaningful follow-up via email. This lack of communication and transparency feels incredibly suspicious and unprofessional.
I strongly advise against ordering from this company—my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
