For Valentine’s Day, I ordered the gold bracelet for my girlfriend. Adina’s shipped the incorrect, cheaper silver version of the bracelet. Customer service told me that they could not provide a refund or return option as they don’t accept “international shipping”, although I had to pay additional shipping fees, on top of the shipping for in the initial order, to receive the wrong product. I noticed days later that the gold bracelet was “sold out”, so it looks like they sent me the silver bracelet purposely since they ran out of inventory and failed to update their website accordingly, misleading customers and allowing them to make purchases for products that aren’t even available. On top of that, no notification was provided and the wrong product was shipped in its place. As I mentioned, since this order was shipped to Canada, I had to pay the delivery company an additional $80 in shipping fees just to receive the incorrect product. On top of receiving the wrong order, I have also been told there is no resolution and I’m unable to get a refund or exchange for the product I actually ordered. Hidden shipping fees, poor customer service and misleading website information.... steer clear and purchase at your own risk.
