Necklace is perfect!

I bought this necklace for my sister in law as a gift for her first Mother’s Day. The quality was great and the necklace is beautiful. Most importantly, my sister in law absolutely loved it and was thrilled with the gift.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!

I ordered a personalized nameplate necklace from Adina Eden, and it arrived in April with my name misspelled. I immediately requested a replacement, and it is now October 1st , six months later and I still have not received it!!!
I have emailed them repeatedly, and all I get are the same generic responses saying they are “waiting for an update” or “checking with the jeweler.” Nothing actually gets resolved.
This was their mistake, yet I have spent six months chasing them for either the correct necklace or a refund. At this point, I have requested a full refund because the way this has been handled is completely unacceptable.
I will never order from Adina Eden again. If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for endless automated responses and no real resolution.

Do Not Buy!

Placed my order on April 26th, never received the necklace despite numerous attempts to contact the company. Total scam!

Support Ignored Me

At first my item took a month and a half to be fulfilled, but I wasn’t worried about it and dealt with it. Then the item showed up and was missing a stud. So I reached out to support to see about getting it replaced and the ticket was closed without any help. So I’ve filled out another ticket and so far…nothing.

Tarnished very first day

Custom item, tarnished very first time my daughter wore it, and because it was custom they would only give store credit or they would remake item. If you hope to get your money back, you’re out of luck.
