I bought this necklace for my sister in law as a gift for her first Mother’s Day. The quality was great and the necklace is beautiful. Most importantly, my sister in law absolutely loved it and was thrilled with the gift.

Horrible

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Waited 2+ months for my order when I was promised shipment would arrive on time for a birthday gift. Had to literally email them EVERYDAY for someone to respond. Called customer service twice and NEVER got a call back. Worst customer service in the WORLD. This company should be ashamed!!!! Take your precious dollars elsewhere. I’m scared to see what my final product looks like after all of this.

Haven’t received my order

Hello, I only received one of the two necklaces I’ve ordered so I’m still waiting. Also, the gold looks like there is a smudge on the letters. Not as nice as I was hoping:(
