Nice product but the worst service

I bought the necklace on 5 July and I paid 33€ for an urgent international shipping, but the order arrived after more than a month. Also, Adina's Jewels write me because they had some problems in the manufracture and told me the order will be late but I would receive a gift, or discount, or refund... but I didn't receive nothing. I wrote in several times to their customer support because I had doubts, but they never answer. It's sad when you invest such an amount of money in a brand you trust and they act like this...
