These earrings are a bit different--the perfect size. The design is not one I've seen before. The weight and craftsmanship of the earrings are impressive. I had an issue with getting loyalty credits issued to my account--I eventually got an email reply and they were credited. It's the busy holiday season, so I. can cut some slack. But I was disappointed because I wanted to use the points during the mega-sale, but by the time I got the points awarded, the sale (and inventory) were gone. Bummer.
