After receiving this set, the very first time I put one of the earrings in, it broke. I contacted customer service, emailed them a picture, they sent me a shipping label to send it back so they could send me a new one. After they received the earring, I have heard nothing. Customer service now goes straight to voicemail. I’ve sent multiple emails. I can’t get in touch with anyone. Don’t buy anything from this website. Complete scam
