Returned and not seen

Not really wanting to review at this time. Misspelling and returned exactly as asked a couple weeks ago and no response. Again, loved the earrings we received with the necklace but up in the air on the necklace. But since it requires a star rating I will give a three because necklace received was spelled Wong and some letters reversed on chain.

Solid Name Lariat

I’m very disappointed with this necklace, especially considering the price. The letters are not sturdy enough to stay in place and constantly rotate on the chain, which makes the name difficult to read and easy to misinterpret. The combined two-name design is also poorly executed, as there’s no clear separation between the names. In some languages and cultures, this can result in the name being read incorrectly or even in an unintended way.

Additionally, the chain is extremely thin and feels fragile, making it prone to damage or breaking with normal wear. Overall, the quality and design do not justify the high cost. I expected much better craftsmanship and durability at this price point.

Solid Name Lariat Personalized Necklace

It took almost two months to receive this necklace. I ordered it on Black Friday, expecting to receive it by Christmas. It did not arrive until the middle of January. I called Customer Service at least two times, and even though person was polite, I felt like I got the run around. Also, Adina charged my credit card before item was shipped, which is ILLEGAL!!!!!! If I could I would give Adina a 0 rating for this service.
