Horrible Customer Service - Don't bother ordering, spend money elsewhere

I placed an order on December 1. Delivery is expected between 5-8 business days. As of December 22; 15 days business days after I placed my order: nothing. 10 days after I placed my order I started contacting customer service. Orders cannot be tracked. Customer service takes 4-5 days to reply on email; you don't correspond with a person but to AI, even when you ask whom you are emailing with. Order never received, after multiple, multiple emails. I just disputed on my credit card. They would not issue a refund, when I asked; AI customer service said it had to go to a supervisor; that was multiple days ago. Truly disappointed. Take your money elsewhere.
