Cute but hard to communicate with company

I purchased these for my daughters first pair of earrings. The price was great, but when I received the earrings, on first inspection I noticed that one of the hearts was chipped. I called the company and left a message asking to be called back, and I still haven’t heard anything. So while they do have cute things for a good price, I will likely not be ordering again due to the fact that I couldn’t get my issue resolved and now since I want to give my daughter a quality gift for her first earrings I will probably just order another pair from somewhere else that I know has better customer support.
